Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Time to Shred & Sculpt

You made it through the first month — and now we’re officially at the halfway point of Xtudio’s 90-Day Challenge.

The Truth About Scale Weight vs. Body Composition

Whether you’ve been hitting your workouts consistently or just now getting into the groove, July is the perfect time to reset, refocus, and dial it in.

This month’s theme: Shred & Sculpt.
Here’s what we’re doing — and why it matters.

🕒 Fasting Protocol: 14/10 Window

By now, most of you have tried intermittent fasting. This month, we’re keeping it realistic and effective with a 14/10 window.

That means:

  • 14 hours of fasting (yes, your morning black coffee is fine)
  • 10-hour eating window — ideally between 10am–8pm

Why 14/10 works: it’s sustainable, still burns fat, and gives you more room for social life or late training sessions. It’s the sweet spot for energy and results.

🏋🏽‍♂️ Weekly Workouts: Stick to the Formula

This is where the sculpting starts. Your body has adjusted — now it’s time to level up.

The plan:

  • 3x strength-based sessions (PowerX or weights at home/gym)
  • 2x cardio-focused sessions (RideX or outdoor training)

Balance matters: muscle builds shape, cardio cuts fluff. Stick to the mix and trust the formula.

📈 Progress Push: Lift More, Move More

Each week in July, aim to:
✅ Increase your lifting weight or
✅ Add more reps, time under tension, or intensity

It doesn’t have to be drastic — a small push adds up fast. This is where “sculpt” kicks in. You’re not just showing up — you’re training with intention.

🧃 Nutrition Focus: Strip It Down (Gently)

We're not saying no to everything fun — we’re saying be mindful. This month:

  • Cut added sugars where you can
  • Limit alcohol to 1–2 occasions per week (if at all)
  • Hydrate more (your muscles and skin will thank you)
  • Stick to your 50% protein / 35% veggie / 15% carb plate split

The more dialed-in your food, the better your results — period.

🔥 The Midpoint Reset

This is the moment where a lot of people coast — but not you.
You’re already different. You’ve started, you’ve stayed, and you’ve felt the shift.

July is your reset button + gas pedal.
You’re halfway there — and this is when the real transformation begins.

Final Word from Xtudio

Remember, Familia:
Progress isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being consistent with purpose.
Keep showing up. Keep fueling smart.
Push a little harder when it matters.

Let’s shred. Let’s sculpt. Let’s finish July stronger than we started.
