Let’s do this. If you’re reading this, you’re already halfway in. Here’s how to start strong with your first month in the 90-Day Challenge:

Step 1: Commit

  • Join our channel on Instagram
  • Set a reminder for Monday, June 2
  • Get pictures, notes, and your weight before you start sweating and seeing results.
  • Invite anyone you love to join. It gets easier if you get support.

Step 2: Prep

  • Plan 5 weekly workouts: 3 strength + 2 cardio
  • Create your meal plan or grocery list
  • Pick your fasting hours (e.g., 7am–7pm). It must be 12/12. Learn more about Intermittent Fasting here

Step 3: First Week Format

  • Day 1: Define your goal
  • Day 3: Share a win
  • Day 6: Reflect on what worked or needs tweaking

Month 1 Focus: JUNE

  • 12/12 Fasting
