This program is designed to deliver maximum results in just 50 minutes per session. Each week, we focus on different muscle groups to ensure a comprehensive full-body workout.

What to Expect

Warm-Up (5 Minutes): Start with a series of dynamic stretches and light cardio to get your muscles warm and your heart pumping, preparing your body for the intense workout ahead.

Circuit Training (40 Minutes): The circuits combine a variety of exercises, including:

  • Cardio Blasts: High-intensity moves like burpees, sprints, and jump squats to elevate your heart rate and maximize calorie burn.
  • Strength Training: Targeted exercises using body weight, dumbbells, and resistance bands to build muscle and enhance overall strength.
